Ephesians 6:12 “For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.”

Have you ever seen a kid in public wearing a superhero outfit?  I always love it when I see a little Spiderman or Wonder Woman out keeping us safe!  When kids put on superhero outfits, they feel strong, like the heroes they pretend to be.

In Ephesians chapter 6, Paul writes about an outfit that you and I need to wear every day! He reminds us that our battle is spiritual, not physical, and that we can experience victory in our words, by making peace, when we take steps of faith, and in protecting our mind by focusing on the truth.

How about you?  What have you “put on today?”  Is there a chance that you need to take off something or put on a piece of the armor that God made for you?

Take a moment to read and reflect on Ephesians 6.  I pray that you experience more victory as you put on the armor of God today!
